Rear camera replacement

If you experience any of the above symptoms, your rear camera will need to be replaced.
In some cases, the cause of the problem may be a broken camera lens in the case of the rear camera, or a cracked screen in the case of the front camera.
We also offer rear camera lens replacement.

If you are unsure of the cause, please consult with our staff first.

*For models from 2011 onwards, after replacement a message will be displayed stating that the part is not genuine, but this will not affect use.

1.Telephone and web inquiries

Please contact us first. We will ask you for detailed information about the problem via phone or chat.

At the same time, we will check the stock status.

*We will inform you of the approximate cost and arrange the pick-up or visit date.

2. Confirm by mail or on-site

Check symptoms and operation at the pickup location

Pick it up and bring it to the center.

* If you wish to rent a mobile phone, you will need to pay an additional fee and provide identification.

*If symptoms cannot be confirmed, or if cancellation is made, a basic visit fee will be incurred.

3.Official quotation presentation

After a final check on-site or at our center, we will ask for your approval of the repair request via telephone or web chat.

*If other defects are found during the center's diagnosis, they will be presented separately.

4. Repairs

Repairs will be carried out according to the repair request that you have agreed to.

5. Complete

Once we receive notification that the repair is complete, we will mail the product or arrange a delivery date.

*If you would like same-day delivery, an express delivery fee will be charged separately.

For mail-in repairs, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

6. Delivery

Complete payment after delivery to the specified point!

*No additional travel fees will be charged for items other than express mail.
